Shipping
Most orders ship in two to three business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
If you want to make a change to your order let us know right away. We ship fast and cannot make changes to an order that has already left our shop.
Most orders ship by USPS Priority Mail. First Class mail is available for small orders (under 13 oz). US domestic delivery time for Priority Mail is 1-3 days, and First Class Mail is 2-5 days (per USPS). Canadian orders take a bit longer due to customs clearance.
Orders with a value over $100 will require a signature at delivery. If no one is available to sign, a notice will be left. You may pick up the shipment at your post office.
Returns
We accept returns of stock items that are in new, resalable condition. Contact us by email for a return authorization. If you would like an exchange, we ask that you pay the second shipping charge. Custom merchandise cannot be returned unless there is an error or defect in the product. We inspect and double check all of our items before shipment to avoid this situation.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and that's the bottom line. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason please let us know. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
